Here we are at the top of the steps - no running for us. You can see the city center behind us in the distance. The state house is between our heads with the William Penn statue on the top. Evidently they put a statue of William Penn in the rafters of the Comcast building (glassy building over Jim's shoulder with a rectangle at the top) to help the Philadelphia sports teams get over the curse of William Penn (started after the first skyscraper was built higher than the William Penn statue on the statehouse). Evidently three months later the Phillies won the World Series.
