Sunday was a special Indian Princess event at the Lombard Skate Rink. Erin has never roller skated before, but considering she is addicted to ice skating we figured she would enjoy it. The rink was practically empty and she and Allison had a wonderful time. I was a bit afraid that Jim would leave with more torn tendons in his shoulder but he managed to escape unscathed.
William was determined to go even though it was a father-daughter event. He really had a great time. We got him a pair of skates and he made way more effort than he ever has on the ice.
Erin was a roller derby queen and stayed until they shut the music off and kicked everyone out. We couldn't believe how much she loved it. Now she can't quit talking about the next time she can go roller skating!

Roller hockey, ice hockey who knows she may have come up with 'HER' sport. She is dynamite.
