There isn't anything I can think of that says summer more than a camp out. Tonight is Erin's first experience sleeping outdoors. She is in the backyard with her best friend Allison and her dad. They have been looking forward to this all day - setting up the tent & filling it with all of their most important possessions. It is the perfect first camping experience, surrounded by all of the things she has in her own house. Right now I can look out over the deck and see the glow of the lantern and hear the giggling. They brought out Go Fish and the new American Girl catalog that came today - what more could two 6 year olds need?
