The Beatty family was lucky enough to dog sit for the Penn's new puppy, Sophie, over Thanksgiving. Our kids are in LOVE with this dog. If I had a dime for everytime Sophie was summoned by one of them I would be a rich lady. The downside to Sophie staying with us was that the kids fought more than usual. They are really great pals and rarely fight, but we found introducing Sophie into the mix brought direct competition for attention 24/7. It was worth it because despite the disagreements they had a wonderful time. I wish we were at a point that we could consider a dog for them. Maybe in a year or two.
