Clowning Around

Erin is taking an art class from a gal down the street.  She has a studio in her basement and is teaching them all sorts of wonderful things they would never get in school at this age.  They have made paper, created paper masks, painted and decorated the masks and then this week they did sculpting.  The children were instructed to make a clown and I was told by the mother who picked up Erin that hers was the only one that actually looked like a clown.  She was pretty proud of her creation and I don't blame her.  It is pretty fantastic.
