My Pa is more Funny than your Grandpa

From October 2009

I picked Sarah up for our carpool to school today and she promptly announce her Grandpa was coming to visit and that he was so funny.  These are not direct quotes but the gist of the conversation.

S     "My Grandpa is coming over today and he is SO FUNNY."
W   "My Pa is more funnier than your Grandpa Sarah."
S    "My Grandpa is really funny.  He says funny jokes to me."
W   "My Pa tells more funnier jokes than your Pa Sarah.  He says, Why did the house cross the road?"
S     "Because he didn't have any feet."
W   "NO! Because he wanted to get to the slides."  (Ha Ha Ha Ha - laughing hard)
S    "My Grandpa's jokes are funnier.  He says Why did the cantalope cross the road?"
W   "I don't know."
S    "Because he didn't have any legs."  (Hahahaha- laughing hard)
W  "Well my Pa is wheelwee (really) wheelwee funny and he lives in CALIFORNIA."
S   "My grandpa is coming over today."

It was the funniest conversation because they were so serious.  Of course if either Grandpa makes jokes like the ones above, I don't think either one of them are very funny.
