Kelpish is our "Elf on the Shelf". Every night he flies to the North Pole to give a report to Santa on the children's behavior. Each morning when he returns he is in a new spot. Well this morning he was in a silly spot above the refrigerator - with the knobs of the cabinet under his arms. Erin thought he looked like a "strong elf". Each morning they run down to see where Kelpish has landed. Monday Kelpish forgot to move!!! That was bad news and caused all sorts of questioning since he has never forgotten to move. Erin's explanation was that they were SO GOOD that Kelpish didn't even need to leave to report to Santa! Oh I am sure that was true...

What a creative idea! I love it!
Our elf is named Frazbee. We forgot a couple of times. We said there was a bad snow storm and it was dangerous for Frazbee to go to the North Pole. So, he emailed Santa instead. ;)
