Erin's costume arrived yesterday so she had to immediately try it on. She makes a great Glinda (Allison will be Dorothy). What a pair! William is currently planning to be Bob the Builder. We bought him a cute tool belt and hat at Toys on Main. Unfortunately the hat is too small so we might have to ship it to Peter and find a bigger one! They are both super excited for trick or treating - too bad it is a month away. We are planning to get out the Halloween decorations very shortly, but I learned my lesson and we will do it without the children around. Unpacking all of my Dept. 56 village houses with the kids is NOT fun! I can't go fast enough for them and they want to touch & pick up every little piece.
The weather has quickly turned into Fall and it is wonderful! We are all in our long pants and light jackets now. You can just feel the change in the air. It is such a fabulous time of the year.
