A Trojan Homecoming

Friday was Homecoming for the Downers Grove North Trojans. The parade went down Main Street after school and one of the moms in town (a DGN alum herself) coordinated the children to march in the parade with specially made T shirts. All the children had their class year written on the back.
We bought lots of candy to give out but our supply was exhausted before the parade was half over. Allison didn't make it through the whole parade because she decided she didn't want to throw the candy and instead wanted to keep it for herself! Erin would hand candy to each individual, but that slowed us down too much so she had to perfect the art of tossing.

After we got to the end of the parade route we sat down to watch all the floats that were left (who hadn't lapped us already!).
